A spreadsheet is only useful if the note beside each item still answers a question when you come back to it.
Save the exact item and option
Keep the product link or Item ID with the size, colour and included pieces you selected. A saved image is a starting point; reopen the item and check the current option before ordering.
Check the detail that matters to you
Write down the measurement, specification or package contents that would change your decision. Resolve those questions for each item instead of using one general note for the whole order.
Recheck older entries
A 2025 or 2026 label does not guarantee that a listing, price or option is still current. Reopen older links, compare what changed and keep product prices separate from international shipping estimates. If an old link is broken, do not assume a similar-looking result is the same item.
