Use a Kakobuy spreadsheet in stages: find suitable items, settle the options, review what arrives at the warehouse, and then make the parcel decision. Keeping those stages separate helps you avoid assuming that a good-looking item is already a complete order plan.

This guide concentrates on the decisions you control. It does not require you to build a large haul or choose a particular type of item. A smaller, well-understood order is easier to manage than a collection of choices you have not checked.

Quick answer: the order stages in one line

Work the stages in order: choose the item and option, pay for the item, review what reaches the warehouse, then plan the parcel and follow it after dispatch. Each stage keeps its own record, so finishing one does not finish another.

Illustrative example (not a real order). An item shows as arrived, but you are still unsure about its size. That is a warehouse-stage question, not a parcel decision — resolve the size note before you submit anything for shipping, and set your own reminder date rather than waiting for a message.

Next action: after dispatch, read the parcel's logistics record rather than the old item status. See the tracking guide, the shipping guide and your country page as each stage begins.

Sources and limits

The stage model on this page is this guide's own description of a buyer workflow; it is not platform policy and not a record of a real order. It is based on Kakobuy help information (7 September 2026). Policies may change; check the linked help page for current terms.

  • Check the applicable deadline and start date recorded for your item — Kakobuy help, question 1.
  • After dispatch, parcel detail appears in the member area (My Parcel / Logistics Details) with possible lag between parties; this is not a delivery-time guarantee — Kakobuy help, question 111.

Read the current page for your own item before acting, since platform wording can change.

Step 1: Start with a purpose and a budget

Choose the type of item you need and the problem it should solve. Think about fit, practical use and the season in which you expect to wear or use it. Then leave room in your budget for the costs beyond the listed item price.

If you are browsing without a specific product in mind, limit the first shortlist. You can expand it later. The best spreadsheet checklist helps you decide which entries deserve closer attention.

Step 2: Open the item through the correct purchasing flow

Some links lead to the manual Fill & Buy form instead. That is a purchase-entry workflow requiring product information, specifications, quantity, unit price and domestic shipping details. The displayed total excludes international shipping, and Kakobuy's notice for this workflow says refunds, cancellations and mid-process changes are not supported after payment. If you only need help identifying which link flow you reached, use the Kakobuy link converter help page before entering payment details.

Step 3: Resolve each item's identity and options

Record the Item ID. Select the intended colour or style and read the size information. Compare measurements with an item you already own where that comparison is relevant.

Do not combine details from different versions. A photograph of one style, a price for another and a measurement from a third do not describe a single usable choice. The spreadsheet links guide gives you a simple way to keep those details together.

Step 4: Keep order decisions separate from parcel decisions

An item being ordered is not the same as a parcel being ready for international delivery. Track the stage of each item so that you know what you are waiting for. An unresolved option calls for a different action from a parcel that has already left the warehouse.

Keep the order information you receive, including the date, selected options and Item ID. If you need help later, a precise description of the affected item is more useful than saying that the whole order has a problem.

Step 5: Review warehouse information before moving on

Look at the available photographs with a specific question in mind. Does the visible colour match your selection? Does the label show the intended size? Are the relevant pieces present? Can you see the detail that originally concerned you?

If something visible differs from your order, address that difference before treating the item as ready for the next stage. Keep the description factual and identify the particular detail.

Step 6: Watch the storage clock

Set your own reminder earlier than the deadline shown for your items. Do not rely on an eventual message to decide when you need to act.

Step 7: Plan the packed parcel

Review packing choices with the contents in mind. Protection, bulk and the shape of the parcel can matter alongside its actual weight. Removing packaging is not automatically the right decision for an item that needs that protection.

Compare the delivery information for your destination using the same parcel inputs. A quote for a different weight or size is not a direct comparison. If a social post mentions a price, check whether it includes enough details to be relevant to your own parcel.

Step 8: Follow the correct tracking stage

After dispatch, use the parcel's logistics record rather than the earlier purchase status. Keep the latest event and its recorded time with your parcel notes. The tracking guide explains how to distinguish an old update from an instruction that requires action.

Common questions

Do I have to order everything at once?

Plan around your own budget and storage deadlines. Do not add unwanted items solely to make an order larger.

Can I decide on size from the photograph?

A photograph can show shape and proportions, but it does not replace measurements or explain how the garment will fit your body.

Is arrival at the warehouse the end of the process?

No. Reviewing the item, managing its storage and arranging the parcel are separate decisions.
