A product purchased in China may first need to reach the warehouse before it can be included in an international parcel. Keep the seller shipment and the later customer shipment as separate stages in your plan.
Check the goods as individual items when they become available for inspection. Record which ones are accepted and which still need clarification. The first item’s arrival does not establish that all intended contents are ready.
Compare international services after deciding what you actually want packed. Use the destination, final contents and relevant measurements. A domestic delivery amount beside the product should not be treated as the cost to receive the international parcel.

Does seller dispatch mean the order is on its way to my country?
It may describe the earlier shipment to the warehouse; read the stage and destination attached to that event.
