Start with the action you are considering: paying a seller, leaving an item in storage or sending a parcel. A positive report about one of those steps does not tell you how another step will go. Look for an account that explains what was ordered, when the problem happened and how it ended.
For a first purchase, keep the choice manageable enough that you can check each item. Save the selected variant and read the payment summary before confirming. If a message later requests another payment, compare it with the actual order state inside your account; a convincing screenshot in a conversation is not that account state.
When reading a complaint, distinguish an unresolved request from a completed refund and a warehouse arrival from delivery to the customer. Those outcomes can explain apparently conflicting reviews. Keep account credentials and private transaction references out of public review discussions.
