Put two shipping quotes side by side only after matching their destination, contents and packing assumptions. A heavier parcel using one service cannot show whether another service is cheaper for your own package. Keep the currency and the time of the quote with each amount.
List the actual packed weight and outer dimensions rather than guessing from product photographs. If the quoted charge uses a different weight from the measured weight, read the explanation for that service. Do not infer a dimensional divisor from another line or force the numbers to match.
Review what each total includes: transport, selected handling and destination-related payments can appear separately. A low initial transport figure is not automatically the complete amount needed to receive the order. Once the final packing changes, compare the updated choices again rather than relying on the earlier estimate.
