Ask which part of shipping is being described. The seller’s transport to a warehouse and an international parcel to your address are separate journeys. An offer for the first does not establish the cost of the second.
If a promotion applies to a parcel, check its destination, service and eligibility conditions. A package with different contents or measurements may not fit the same offer. Keep the original conditions with your comparison.
Read the final summary for remaining charges. A transport discount does not necessarily cover every optional service or destination obligation. Decide using the defined parcel and the accepted offer rather than the general phrase “free shipping”.
