A rating summarises an opinion. To use it in a buying decision, read the transaction stage, date and outcome described in the review. A score alone does not identify what the writer purchased or whether a problem was resolved.
Separate support contact from a completed remedy. A response can be helpful while a refund or replacement is still pending. Likewise, warehouse arrival is not delivery to the customer. These distinctions help explain why reviews may sound inconsistent.
Use detailed accounts to identify checks for your own purchase: the selected item, payment state and parcel conditions. Avoid presenting a few reviews as a platform-wide failure or success rate without a suitable underlying dataset.
