Compare the received item with the exact variant in your order. Start with the label, colour choice and included pieces. This basic match should come before deciding whether a small visible imperfection is acceptable.
Read measurements together with the way they were taken. A number beside a ruler needs clear start and end points. Do not compare a body measurement with a flat garment width as if they described the same thing.
When several items are waiting, make a separate decision for each one. A satisfactory photo for a shirt does not resolve a shoe-size question elsewhere in the order. Keep any request for more information attached to the right item so that the packing decision reflects what you actually checked.

Frequently asked question
Can I approve a parcel because most photos look fine?
Resolve the questions for each included item first; one unresolved item can still affect what you want sent.
