A QC checker is useful only if you know what you are checking. Write down the ordered option and the feature that would change your decision, such as a visible flaw, missing piece or unexpected measurement.
Use images that actually belong to that item and variant. A sample photo from another purchase can suggest a useful angle, but it does not establish the condition of your own item. Ask for the angle or detail you need rather than treating a similar product image as a substitute.
Keep the outcome practical: accept the visible condition, ask a focused question, or enquire about an available correction. Do not infer authenticity, durability or electronic performance from a general warehouse image. Those questions require different information.
