Match the warehouse image with the Item ID and the option you ordered before examining details. A clear photo of another size or colour does not answer whether your own selection arrived correctly.
Inspect the visible areas that could change your decision: a seam, fastening, printed detail or measurement endpoint. Describe the concern precisely. “The left cuff is outside the frame” gives a more useful follow-up than asking whether everything is good.
Keep visible checks distinct from claims the photo cannot support. Lighting can change how a colour appears, and a still image cannot establish comfort or internal function. If the missing information matters, request the relevant view or clarification before deciding whether the item should enter the parcel.
