If you want to know where your purchase is, start with the seller’s dispatch and the warehouse receipt attached to that item. A general warehouse location does not identify which shipment has arrived or whether it was matched to your account.
For a forwarding shipment, use only the address and recipient instructions shown for the current service in your account. Copy every required field accurately and retain the domestic tracking reference privately. An old address copied from a discussion can omit the identifier needed to associate the parcel with you.
After a delivery scan, check for the next warehouse event. Receipt, identification, inspection and availability for packing need not appear at the same moment. If the states disagree, ask support to reconcile the incoming shipment and the account item rather than sending another package to an assumed address.
